For the past few weeks, I've been experiencing bad heartburn, chest pain, a burning sensation, and discomfort when swallowing, as if food is stuck in my throat. My throat muscles also hurt, making swallowing difficult and uncomfortable, and I've been burping a lot, feeling bubbles in my throat. I've tried over-the-counter acid reflux medication, which helped somewhat but caused headaches. I'm concerned about throat cancer, especially since I'm a 30-year-old male who smokes and drinks alcohol occasionally. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have excruciating pain radiating from my belly button through to my back, and it burns when I empty my bladder. I have had a sensitive bladder for a couple of days and took Panadol at 6pm. I also have a history of endometriosis and had surgery last year. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I have a vein in my leg that I got during pregnancy and has been causing pain, especially after giving birth. It's now 2.5 years postpartum and the pain is returning. I also have circulation issues with my legs, numb fingers when sitting for long periods, and migraines with vomiting on leg days. Could all these symptoms be related?

I had a CBC recently and the WBC and RBC were slightly high, the RDW-CV was high, and a manual smear noted 2+ teardrop cells and 5+ burr cells. My PCP wants to wait 6 months for a retest, but I'm concerned about marrow issues due to past high platelets, immature granulocytes, and other irregular numbers. Can teardrop cells ever be normal?

I have been experiencing migraines triggered by light, particularly bright spaces and computer screens, and sometimes accompanied by nausea. Additionally, I have tension headaches that start at the back of my left ear and radiate forward, which feel better when massaged. My family doctor suggested avoiding migraine triggers and referred me to an optometrist, but I'm unsure if this is the right approach. Should I see an ophthalmologist instead, and is a CT scan necessary for this condition?
