Good afternoon! I went to urgent care today for pain on the right side of my back, upper quadrant, and behind my rib cage. The RN diagnosed it as a strained muscle but also did a urine test. The urine test came out fine. I’m curious what the RN was looking for in the urine test?

I experienced a two-hour ache in the center of my chest, which felt deeper, and it went away after taking Pepcid. I am 66 years old, had breast cancer 11 years ago, and have fibromyalgia. The pain did not travel to my jaw, neck, or left arm, and I did not experience shortness of breath or leg swelling. I am allergic to morphine and had my last doctor's checkup six months ago, with blood tests a year ago. What could be causing this pain and what should I do next?
