I am 46 years old, male, with high blood pressure, a history of smoking (casually, about half a pack per week), and a past skin cancer diagnosis. I recently had a calcium score test and a CT scan, which showed a coronary artery calcium score of 0 (25th percentile for age and gender) and patchy ground glass opacities in the left lower lobe, likely inflammatory. I was exposed to wildfire smoke and had symptoms like coughing up green and yellow mucus, losing my voice, and chest tightness. My primary care doctor says the results are fine, but I am worried about cancer and other potential issues. What should I understand about these results and their implications?

I have severe pain in the left side of my abdomen, which is constant but worsens with movement or deep breathing. The pain started around midday yesterday and has been getting worse and more localized. The pain is sharp, and I have not experienced nausea, bloating, or changes in stool. I had my gallbladder removed about 7 years ago and a partial hysterectomy 10 years ago. I am 47 years old, have anxiety, sleep apnea, GORD, and hypertension. I recently started using a CPAP machine for sleep apnea. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

My diastolic blood pressure is consistently high, averaging 140/100 while sitting and rising to 155/136 after walking. I've experienced four hypertensive crises in the past three weeks and have called an ambulance three times. My doctor prescribed Telmisartan 40mg but did not refer me to a cardiologist.
