Good evening. Around 3 pm I began having a headache, pressure/tightness in my face under my eyes and both sides of my jaw near the joint that opens and closes when you eat. I am also experiencing a sensation of strep throat when I swallow. I have a history of being asymptomatic strep, diagnosed earlier this year due to having had strep over four times since the end of 2019. I am afraid that I am getting strep again, however, I am unsure why I am experiencing the jaw pains. I usually don't show symptoms of strep, but I noticed a very small circle-shaped patch of white on the right side of my throat and it appears that my tonsils may be a little irritated (red/inflamed). What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have had severe pain on my ribs just under my right breast. It hurts when I press on it, when I do anything physical, when I breathe, lay in bed, turn over. Pretty much all the time! I am being treated for asthma and have been breathing well. I am coughing up gunk occasionally but other than that I’m healthy. This pain has been here for 2 weeks and nothing helps take away the pain. I’ve tried topical ointment, topical lidocaine, and every other topical ointment I can think of. I do also take hydrocodone for my hip pain and that doesn’t touch the rib pain either... please any help would be fantastic as I just can’t live with this anymore.

I am experiencing mild vaginal itching on the inside with no vaginal discharge. My period ended last Saturday, and I am currently ovulating. I haven't taken my birth control pill for two days due to nausea. My last pap test was on August 16th, with negative results, and there is no swelling, discoloration, or unusual smells. Should I be concerned, and what should I do about the itching?

I had unprotected sex as the insertive partner and started PEP 12 hours after possible exposure. My partner claimed to be HIV-negative, but I started PEP as a precaution. I completed the full 28-day course of PEP without missing any doses. Six weeks post-exposure, I tested negative with a 4th Generation Lab Test. I am awaiting my 12-week post-exposure confirmatory test results and am nervous that they might change. Is it possible for my results to change, and how does the protection of PEP compare to using a condom or PREP?

How significant is the difference between these two prescriptions? If I had sunglasses with one prescription could I continue occasional wear of them with eyeglasses of the other?
