I need a primary care physician and pain management. I have type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, anxiety, depression, and chronic lower back pain with MRI images. I want to see only one MD for my total care. When did the back pain start? Is it constant or does it come and go? What type of pain is it? Is it sharp or dull, achey or stabbing? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I had lower back pain during the last month of my pregnancy and gave birth a week ago. I had a blood patch three days ago due to a spinal leak headache from the epidural. The epidural site is still sore, and I still have lower back pain. Are these related? What should I do to recover? How long will it take to recover?
