Hello, I'm very concerned, since a few days ago, my shaft skin feels irritated, developing bruises like wounds, and I can see that the skin has small cracks in a couple of places. I don't know why. I had a circumcision 6 months ago, I shower every day and use Cicaplast in the area. Also, I have received two corticoid shots because the scar was thickening. I haven't had sexual activity in months. I tested positive for herpes type one a couple of years ago but never had a breakout neither in my mouth nor my genital area. Besides, this does not look like herpes. Should I see a specialist?

Am I undergoing psychosis? Or at risk of depression or psychosis? I experienced a panic attack a year ago, which led to health anxiety and occasional panic attacks. I've become more anxious when away from home, often worrying about worst-case scenarios. Recently, I've been less motivated to workout and have existential thoughts about life, especially after the death of my grandmother. I'm also concerned about distorted voices on calls, which I think might be due to tech issues but wonder if it's a symptom of psychosis. I'm worried about my mental health and physical health, though I have good support from family and friends. Is this just anxiety, or could it be depression or psychosis?

I received your response about switching from Flonase to Flonase Sensimist. I am on the third day. I was the one that spit blood and my ENT did a nasal endoscopy which was okay. He said this was due to dryness. I have deviated septum to the left and a right hypertrophic inferior turbinate. He said that the bleeding should get better now that the heat is off. Do you agree?
