I’m having lower abdomen pain that started yesterday. The pain intensifies and then becomes a lower pain but is still present. It has also started on my left and right side in my mid back and has moved to the front. The pain is sharp and almost like stabbing. I did have pancreatitis last year but it doesn’t feel like in the same place. I can't stop throwing up. I'm 28, female, and the pain is in my lower stomach and sometimes in my mid back on both left and right sides. I don't have any urinary symptoms. I just ended my last menstrual cycle a week ago.

My mom started experiencing insomnia about a year ago and now she gets anxious and has a bad mood when she thinks she may not be able to sleep at night. She also has symptoms like dizziness, lightheadedness, low energy, low mood, difficulty controlling thoughts, anger, and difficulty concentrating. She has a history of dementia in the family and has been referred to a psychiatrist but didn't want to take medications. She has high blood pressure and takes meds for that, and recently started taking statins for cholesterol. Is it likely that she is depressed, and what treatment options would you recommend?
