I have a small movable spot underneath the skin in my left ear canal. The cartilage on my left ear feels stiffer than the right, and the spot feels firmish and rolls when pressed. My hearing is normal, and I haven't had any symptoms like ringing. What could this be?

I've been experiencing left chest tingling/numbness/burning pain, left upper back tingling/burning pain, and left arm numbness/tingling, along with lightheadedness. 2 days ago, I fell and landed on my left elbow, followed by my right elbow. Now, my left forearm hurts when I use my left hand or arm. Could I have broken or fractured my arm? The pain is a constant dull ache when not in use, but sharp when I try to use it. I am 63 years old and taking Ibuprofen for the pain. Is there any swelling, bruising, or issues with blood flow to my wrist and hand? Do I have a history of osteoporosis?
