2 days ago, I fell and landed on my left elbow, followed by my right elbow. Now, my left forearm hurts when I use my left hand or arm. Could I have broken or fractured my arm? The pain is a constant dull ache when not in use, but sharp when I try to use it. I am 63 years old and taking Ibuprofen for the pain. Is there any swelling, bruising, or issues with blood flow to my wrist and hand? Do I have a history of osteoporosis?

My heart rate when seated is 80-95, and when standing, it increases to 105-130. I was diagnosed with iodine-induced hyperthyroidism and expect my thyroid to normalize in about 2 months. Does this warrant the use of beta blockers, or is it okay to wait it out? Additionally, is it normal for heart rate to stay elevated while standing, and is exercising a bad idea while hyperthyroid with an elevated heart rate? Finally, if my heart rate suddenly spikes to 180, could I use propranolol as needed for such episodes?
