I have concerns about a lymph node or neck cancer. I recently felt a spot on my neck that feels like a round, rubbery texture, about half the size of my fingertip. It feels like a tube with the end being the round, rubbery part. What could this be, and should I be concerned about cancer?

I have ear swelling, eye swelling, neck swelling, and circular spots and lumps appearing. My whole body is getting spots, but my ears are the most swollen, and my neck is tender. I'm 28 years old and not on any medications except for an antihistamine I took today. I saw a doctor today who said it's stress, but now I have a rash.
