Hello, my chest feels tight and I have a dry phlegm cough when I cough. I have no fever, tried Mucinex but it didn't help much. I am a smoker but only occasionally. I had a chest scan in October due to chest pain, which turned out to be a pulled nerve, and the scan was fine. What should I do?
