Hi Doc, I am a 27-year-old male. On June 11th, I went to a strip club and had a lap dance. During the lap dance, I ejaculated inside my underwear with jeans on top, and the dancer was sitting on me. I kissed her breast and sucked her nipples, and her breast touched my face which has pimples. Could I get HIV or any STD from this act?

I am a 40-year-old healthy white female. I noticed a discoloration on my pinky toe. I stub my toes a lot, so I'm guessing it's a bruise. How long ago did I notice it, does it hurt, do I recall any obvious injury recently, are there any other toes with this issue, and is there any change in local temperature in this toe compared to the other toes?

High sensitivity-CRP is at 23.4 mg/L (normal is below 4.8 mg/L). Should I be concerned about my heart? Or since I was also diagnosed with bilateral Achilles tendonitis and unilateral plantar fasciitis and possibly an additional soft tissue injury (still need to go for ultrasound) which causes pain and swelling in both feet--could these injuries be causing the increase? Also, other bloodwork (without taking any anti-inflammatory medications): ESR 36 mm/hr (normal 2-30), Nuclear ab (RF) 11 kUL (positive is indicated at above 28kUL), normal cholesterol ratio (HDL:LDL) and blood pressure (120/84).
