I am a 30-year-old female experiencing upper back pain that started after vaping. The pain is dull, sometimes burning, and radiates to my shoulders, arms, chest, and neck. It also affects my middle spine and sometimes causes a sharp pain under my armpit. I have stopped vaping and returned to smoking cigarettes, but the pain persists. I have had heartburn and acid reflux in the past. Should I be concerned about lung cancer, or could this be related to my stomach issues or muscular pain?

I have anxiety and have been experiencing twitches off and on for several weeks/months, more noticeably recently. I'm 21, not on any medications, but have obesity and possible blood sugar/pressure issues. The twitches are in the whole body, and I also experience tingling in my tongue and lips, loss of taste, lightheadedness on the right side of my head, vision issues in both eyes, and diarrhea.
