I am a 26-year-old male who had a full panel STD test for chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, NAATs, and HIV 1/2, and syphilis RPR four months after my last sexual encounter with my ex who may have had an STD. For over a month, I've been experiencing pain in my face, numbness and tingling on the left side, pain in the jaw and ear radiating to the neck, worsened at night when lying on the opposite side, and accompanied by chest and back pain similar to costochondritis. I've been diagnosed with sinus and ear infections but antibiotics and nasal rinses haven't helped. I also experience occasional dizziness but no fever. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I take 3 mg of Xanax and 20 mg of Lexapro daily. I lost my purse at the Crabtree mall and need a one-time refill. How long have you been taking Xanax? Any recent changes in dosage?
