My 6.5-year-old daughter has not gone to the toilet for the last 11 days. She is experiencing sharp and stabbing pain at her anus when trying to pass hard stool. She is currently taking Movicol and drinking plenty of fluids, but she is very scared and cries frequently due to the pain. What can we do to help her pass the stool and alleviate her discomfort?

I have a loose foreskin on my penis that has been progressively worsening over the past two years, and for the last two weeks, my penile head has been unable to come out of the bunched up foreskin. I have not used any medication for this issue and have not seen a doctor about it. I was on 6mg of Xanax for 13 years, and my new doctor is lowering the dose too fast, causing issues. I'm now on diazepam, but it's not fast-acting, leading to increased blood pressure and anxiety during backlashes. I'm also managing PTSD, fibromyalgia, and taking care of my elderly parents and homeschooling my daughter. My insurance limits my doctor options. What can I do to manage this situation better?
