I have had a painless white coated tongue for over a year now. I often feel dehydrated and have a cotton mouth sensation, which temporarily improves when I eat or drink water. I am 23 and have been a smoker for the last 3-3.5 years. There have been no other symptoms, but I am worried due to this. I haven't tried anything to improve oral hygiene since. I had sex with my boyfriend in May and took a pregnancy test a week later because we didn't use a condom, but I have had the implant since August 2011. I have a few concerns: 1) I haven't been feeling hungry, 2) My periods are irregular and can last for 2 months while on the implant, and 3) My friends have been telling me I seem broody. Are these symptoms related to pregnancy concerns or side effects of the implant?
