I have had a painless white coated tongue for over a year now. I often feel dehydrated and have a cotton mouth sensation, which temporarily improves when I eat or drink water. I am 23 and have been a smoker for the last 3-3.5 years. There have been no other symptoms, but I am worried due to this. I haven't tried anything to improve oral hygiene since. What could be the cause of this and should I be concerned?

I've been experiencing constant neck pain for over a year, which doesn't seem to improve with massage. The pain is more noticeable at times and less at others. I spent a lot of time using my laptop for gaming and programming, which I believe contributed to the pain. What could be causing this and what should I do about it?

What do you think of the prescription of daily 20 mg Trospium Chloride (along with a weekly low dose alternating antibiotic) for a hyperactive bladder in a 20-year-old (following a cured cystitis)?

I had sex with my boyfriend in May and took a pregnancy test a week later because we didn't use a condom, but I have had the implant since August 2011. I have a few concerns: 1) I haven't been feeling hungry, 2) My periods are irregular and can last for 2 months while on the implant, and 3) My friends have been telling me I seem broody. Are these symptoms related to pregnancy concerns or side effects of the implant?

I was having chest pressure with shooting electrical pulses down both arms. I went to the ER on 8/5 and had an x-ray, CT with contrast, EKG, blood workup (enzymes), and a chemical stress test with contrast, all of which came back 'good'. However, my blood pressure has been fluctuating since coming home. It has ranged from 104/69 to 150/98, with several readings in between. Seven years ago, I tried six different BP medications, and each one caused my BP to drop to around 60/40. The doctor gave me Lopressor in the hospital, which also caused my BP to drop to 70/40. What is going on?
