How can I help my boyfriend who has schizoaffective disorder, manic depression, borderline personality disorder, and PTSD, especially when he believes our apartment is full of worms, snakes, and bugs, and that they are crawling through his skin? He is addicted to street drugs, rarely takes his meds, and refuses to go to the hospital. He is also very agitated, breaking things, and getting angry with me due to what he hears in his head. He has been taking his shoes apart and tearing his clothes up because he believes there are worms inside them. Is there anything I can do to help him at home?

I have been experiencing a headache for the past 2-3 days, which feels sore and pressurized at the top of my head. I also have Arnold Chiari 1, but this headache feels different from my usual ones. Additionally, I have experienced nausea and dizziness, and my speech seems slightly slurred in a video. Should I be concerned about a brain tumor or any other serious health issues?

I accidentally got chemical drain cleaner (Pequa drain cleaner) on my thumb and possibly my index finger. I rinsed it off, but hours later, I rubbed my eye with the same finger, causing my eye to burn. It's been almost 24 hours, and my eye is a little red, itchy, and irritated, but there's no discharge or vision issues. What should I do?
