I have been sick for 2 weeks with bronchitis and sinusitis, currently on Amoxicillin. My temperature dropped to 96.7 and I feel like I have a fever. I have a range of neurological symptoms including constant full-body tremors, severe migraines, shock waves in my neck and spine, burning sensations in my head, tingling in my limbs, muscle spasms, short-term memory loss, and weakness. I have had normal MRI results for both my brain and spine, despite experiencing spinal cord swelling. I have been dismissed by multiple neurologists who refuse additional tests and accuse me of faking my symptoms. I believe I may have Multiple Sclerosis due to some symptoms matching, but I'm unsure. How can I get the necessary tests (EMG and spinal tap) ordered, and can MRI results be affected by factors such as timing, steroids, and antibiotics?
