I tested positive for COVID-19 three weeks ago and still have symptoms. I am 71 years old with heart problems, including five heart stents, and recently had a hip replacement. I have been vaccinated and received one booster shot. I am taking Mucinex and Motrin. What should I do to manage my symptoms and when should I seek further medical attention?

I have a device on my phone that does a 6-lead ECG. Can you tell me if everything looks normal on the following 6 images I have attached? I also had a shooting pain in one of my teeth on the left side of my jaw for a few seconds and was concerned it might be related to heart issues.
