How concerned should I be about my tibial tuberosity separating from my tibia? I have been injured for at least two months and I am a 318-pound person who loves to hike. How long should I give this to heal before seeking orthopedic help, and could this heal without surgery?

For the past 3 days, my skin has been itching very badly, from the top of my head down to my feet. This has not happened before and it became instant ever since the 17th. The itchiness comes and goes, and it doesn't get worse at certain times of day. My skin does not look any different and I do not see any visible damage. I have tried moisturizing my skin, but it has almost no effect. I am 18 years old, male, and recently consumed medication for nausea. I have no chronic conditions or other symptoms such as cough, sore throat, changes in bowel, fatigue, nausea, abdominal cramps, yellowing of the eyes or skin. I do not have any rash or skin changes that I am aware of. I have not had any trips recently or contact with people with similar symptoms. The medication I took for nausea was Difenidol, Magaldrato/Dimeticona, and Lactobacilos. I took them from the 9th to the 17th, and my symptoms started to disappear by the 15th. I have been eating non-expired canned food and sealed containers of almonds since the 11th, which have not given me a negative reaction in the past. The 16th, a mouse touched a couple of my clothes that I later wore, but there were no bites or pee.

I had lung cancer in 2018 and had my upper right lobe removed. I didn't have an oncologist to ask questions or talk to. Since then, I've experienced various issues, including pain in my right breast and lower lobe of the right lung, nerve damage, and a lack of motivation. I sneeze and feel like millions of needles go off inside me. I used to do many activities that I can no longer do. What are the potential downsides and after-effects of this surgery, and what can be done to address these issues?

I have breathing issues which my doctor says are due to anxiety. I have seen many doctors and been to the ER multiple times. If it was something serious, wouldn't they have found something by now? I have had auscultations, EKGs, blood tests, and my observations taken.

I have had my period for 14 days now and was wondering if there is cause for concern. I am 44 years old and didn’t know if this is just something normal that happens as we get older. I am not using any contraceptives or medications, except for occasional ibuprofen. My last period was 6 days long, and I have always had a pretty normal 5-7 day period. My mother hit menopause in her mid-50s, and I have no intrauterine device. I have never had my thyroid evaluated, and I don't know about any family history of polycystic ovarian syndrome. My lifestyle has been more stagnant than usual due to being laid off for a few months. Is this prolonged period something I should be concerned about, and if so, what should I do?

My 89-year-old mother with an enlarged heart and arthritis was asked by her 93-year-old brother, who is bedridden with double pneumonia, COPD, and requires oxygen, to be his caregiver. He is being sent home from the hospital and refuses to go to a nursing home. We live in New York, which has a high COVID-19 case rate. Is it safe for my mother to be around him, and could she catch pneumonia or COVID-19 from him? Additionally, considering her health conditions, is it too stressful for her to be a caregiver without help?
