I broke my big toe yesterday. Today, I've been experiencing nausea, followed by feeling very warm and then very cold in a cycle. This started about 12 hours after the break. I took Norco, which I had left from a small surgery last December. I haven't seen a doctor about the break. My medical history includes generally good health but being overweight. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I was diagnosed with Gonorrhea two weeks ago and was given a 7-day treatment of ciprofloxacin and doxycycline. The symptoms persisted and worsened, leading to a second doctor visit where I received an injection. Now, I'm seeing improvement but still have muscle pain in my left arm and swelling in my penis shaft. Am I on the right track to recovery? Is the muscle pain a side effect of ciprofloxacin or related to Gonorrhea? How can the muscle pain go away?
