I was diagnosed with Gonorrhea two weeks ago and was given a 7-day treatment of ciprofloxacin and doxycycline. The symptoms persisted and worsened, leading to a second doctor visit where I received an injection. Now, I'm seeing improvement but still have muscle pain in my left arm and swelling in my penis shaft. Am I on the right track to recovery? Is the muscle pain a side effect of ciprofloxacin or related to Gonorrhea? How can the muscle pain go away?

I ate some Tempe (soy) tacos last Friday, and since then, I've been experiencing intermittent pain in my gonads. The pain is not always severe and doesn't always come in waves. It's more localized on the right side and feels sometimes like a strain and other times like a more localized pain. There's no particular sensitivity when pressing on the testicles or above them. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do about it?

I experienced high blood pressure (155/101) yesterday, which lowered before bed. I'm 24 years old, male, don't smoke or drink alcohol, and had similar symptoms last year without physical activity. I recently did yoga and gym three days in a row and had less sleep. Could this be due to physical activity and lack of sleep? Also, I drank less water than usual yesterday, could that be a factor?
