My otherwise healthy mother was diagnosed with stage 1 endometrial cancer at age 72. I am healthy and 55, and I am wondering if I am at greater risk of developing this disease than the average person. Additionally, I experienced a very small amount of brownish spotting on my underwear, which concerns me since I am in menopause. I have been doing very labor-intensive farm work involving squatting at the waist and have lost 8 pounds this week. Could these factors cause slight spotting that could be considered normal, and how worried should I be?

Is bone metastasis always stage 4? I have stage 2b ER+ PR- HER2+ breast cancer with metastasis to lymph nodes. I have diffuse degenerative bone changes and chronic pain, but not in the area of the 3rd rib expansive lesion with sclerosis. I have had TCHP x 6, Kadcyla x 13, and radiation x 25 on the left breast, and now have an implant from January 25th. I also have bipolar depression, vertigo, OSA, hyperlipidemia, GERD, HH, obesity BMI 31, intractable vomiting, arthritis, and just started taking Femara after being intolerant to Anastrazole. I have been experiencing diffuse bone pain since stopping Anastrazole 3 months ago.

My friend and I were exposed to HSV-1 early February. I had a brief, non-saliva contact with someone who had a sore, and my friend shared a drink with him. I've been tested three times (at 2 weeks, 5 weeks, and 7 weeks) and all tests were negative for HSV-1 IgG. My friend tested negative at 2 weeks but positive at 7 weeks for HSV-1 IgG. We shared lipsticks twice, and I'm worried if I could have been exposed through that. Should I further test, and is it necessary to wait until 12 weeks for a conclusive result?

I have been experiencing constant shortness of breath, achy back and chest muscles, a phlegm cough that is not constant, and a bad case of acid reflux for a week. I had my oxygen level checked, an ECG, and my blood pressure taken, all of which were within normal ranges except for the blood pressure, which was initially high but later reduced. The doctor suggested anxiety as the cause. I am scared that it might be something serious and am concerned about my quality of life. I am a 23-year-old male taking 100mg of Zoloft for about 6 months. Do I need more tests, and is this purely anxiety-related?
