Can you get Herpes by wiping towels on you that may have the infected body fluid on them onto open sores on your body? If not, how else could Herpes be contracted through non-sexual contact, such as touching blisters on someone's hands or other body parts?

I am experiencing severe foot pain for the last 4-5 days, which started as soon as my feet touch the floor. I have also noticed some swelling in my ankles. I have a history of high blood pressure and am taking Amlodipine Besylate 5mg, Lisinopril 40mg, and Atenolol 25mg for it. I'm experiencing a burning sensation in the top of my head, occasional blurred vision in my left eye, left-sided jaw and tooth pain, pressure in my face, and numbness on the left side of my throat when swallowing. I started feeling these symptoms yesterday around 6 pm. I also have a history of sinus and allergy problems, including asthma, and recently had a sinus infection treated with a steroid shot and antibiotics. I had a septoplasty last July and there is a family history of heart disease and stroke. Could these symptoms be related to my sinus infection or are they signs of a stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA)?
