I have found parasites in my nose and during bowel movements, but my blood tests and stool samples came back negative. I have hookworm-like symptoms on my face. I have read about Stromectol and Vermox for intestinal parasites. Can I get a prescription for these medications?

My mother is 72 years old and has a history of atherosclerosis, heart attack, high blood pressure, loss of one kidney, and peripheral vascular disease. She recently developed another aortic aneurysm and was hospitalized with acute ischemic bowel disease. She was told she is not a candidate for surgery.
