I do not perspire and cannot regulate my body temperature when it is over 74°F. I have to use wet cloths to cool down. I also have asthma, COPD, and diabetes type 2. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I breathed in a lot of dust from kitty litter about a week and a half ago, and since then, I've had a consistent, wet cough with chest tightness and difficulty breathing. I also feel more tired than usual. I had asthma as a kid and am not on any medications. Should I be worried, and is there anything I can do to help get the dust out?
