I accidentally got a small splash of a substance on my lip. I used wet toilet paper to wipe it off, then a dry one to dry it, brushed my teeth, and rinsed my mouth with water. The box of the substance advised calling poison control or someone in case of accidental ingestion, but I'm not sure if any was swallowed. Should I be worried?

Can HIV be transmitted through kissing with chapped lips, when you don’t know their status and if there are small cuts in the lips? What about other potential risks like oral sex, deep kissing (French kiss), and transmission of other STIs such as HSV1, CMV, Herpes 2, and syphilis?
