I accidentally splashed water from an enema bag on my face while in the shower, and now I'm experiencing symptoms like a stuffy/blocked nose, difficulty breathing through my nose, lightheadedness, and a slow heart rate. What should I do and is there anything to worry about?

I am 42.5 years old and recently had a female cancer screening panel done, which did not include CA 27.29. I have mild hypothyroidism and a history of hyperthyroidism treated with radioactive iodine therapy. My last normal mammogram was in December 2019, and I had a transvaginal ultrasound in August 2019 and early this year, which showed no uterine fibroids. My CEA level is normal, and I have no family history of cancer. I am concerned about the absence of CA 27.29 in my screening panel, the potential for ovarian cancer, and the interpretation of my CA15.3 and AFP serum tumor marker results, which are slightly elevated.

I returned from Bali on 15-3-22 and woke up vomiting and experiencing diarrhea. A doctor diagnosed me with food poisoning and treated me with IV fluids and medications. I tested positive for COVID-19 this morning and have continued to experience diarrhea with everything I eat. I vomited about 10 times on the 15th of March and haven't vomited since, but my body feels worse. I am also experiencing dizziness, chills, and trouble breathing. What are the next steps for my condition?

I have a 3-week-old boy who is breastfeeding and has a temperature of 38 degrees. I am currently experiencing flu symptoms, including fever, sore throat, cough, and chills. My breathing is fine, and I do not have any pre-existing respiratory conditions. My baby is taking feeds actively and does not have any rashes. What should I do?

I just got my blood work done and have an ALT of 71. I am a 23-year-old male, feel fine, and have no current medications or significant medical history. My AST is 31 U/L, I am 5'9" and 160 pounds, and I do not drink alcohol or take supplements. What could be causing this elevated ALT and what should I do?
