I am a 77-year-old male weighing 63 kg. I have been taking various medications including Lipitor, Asaphen, Apo-Metoprolo, Apo-ticlopidine, Imdur, and Hytrin. I experience brief heart tightness when sitting or bending my head. I also have shaking fingers and am concerned about the necessity of my medications and potential side effects. What could be the cause of my symptoms, and what tests or changes in medication would you recommend?

I'm 67 years old and weigh about 99lbs. My blood pressure has been in the 120 to 140 range, but it goes up to 164 when I visit the doctor. Two weeks ago, I was prescribed Lisinopril 10mg, which I split in half to take 5mg daily. Now, my blood pressure readings are around 96/60 to 104/65. Is this too low? I have COPD, colitis, chronic sinus issues, and year-round allergies. I occasionally feel dizzy with sinus pressure headaches and sometimes short of breath due to COPD.

I experience sudden chills, my left leg and arm going to sleep, shaking uncontrollably, feeling lightheaded and dizzy, slight numbness on the left side of my face, very dry and cracked hands that bleed and itch, and back itching. This has been occurring for 2-3 weeks off and on, and seems worse when sitting. I have diabetes and use Levimir 10 ml insulin. Could these symptoms be related to a pinched nerve, diabetes, or a side effect of my insulin?
