I am 3 weeks off Zoloft 25mg. Was on it for 3 weeks and came off cold turkey. I experienced withdrawal symptoms such as insomnia, adrenaline dumps, dry heaves, tremors, night sweats, brain zaps, dizziness, and weakness. Most of these have subsided, but now I have a lot of gas and diarrhea every morning. Is this normal and why does coming off Zoloft do this?
