I am 30 weeks pregnant and had mild contractions last week that stopped after 18 hours. I had an internal exam and was found to be 0.5 cm open. Since then, I have had a brown and pinkish discharge for 4 days without any contractions. Is there anything to do to stop the discharge, or is this a sign of preterm labor?
