I am 49 and in good general health. Tonight, I was eating stir fry and felt it wasn't going down right. It's been several hours now, and I have upper stomach pain, like something is lodged. I am salivating heavily, and when I try to drink water to clear it, the pain intensifies and the water doesn't go down. I have tried vomiting and it doesn't help. What should I do?

I occasionally see black specks in my stool. Should this be concerning, especially since I eat a lot of black pepper, blueberries, and sometimes black beans? I have IBS and take omeprazole, Bentyl, iron, and vitamin D supplements. I've seen a GI specialist, and my blood panels have been normal except for being iron and vitamin D deficient. I've also had some weight loss and suffer from anxiety.
