I have a pain in the middle of my chest that doesn't affect my breathing but hurts when I move or touch it. The pain started yesterday and feels like being punched in the chest. Morning Rock. How many groups today? Update: Yesterday was really rough. Trust me 7s are no fun. Right now.... a 2. Head positions, lateral flexion, etc. increases it to a 2 +. But... it calms down when I relax it. Stress still effects it. Where are we with this? Anything good (in terms of progress) come out of crap days like yesterday? Also, my son has a rash and diarrhea. Could it be from Flonase, Mucinex, or Sudafed? If not, what could it be? And how should we treat his rash and mouth irritation?
