I am 58 years old and have recently noticed a buried penis problem, where my penis almost disappears into my body. I am not currently using any medications, I am a male, and I have a history of back trouble including surgery five years ago. What could be causing this issue and what steps should I take to address it?

I have a pain in the middle of my chest that doesn't affect my breathing but hurts when I move or touch it. The pain started yesterday and feels like being punched in the chest. I don't have any associated symptoms like nausea, numbness in the left arm, shortness of breath, or anxiety, and I'm not on any medications. What could be causing this pain?

I had an IBS episode while driving, and the bile has burned my vulva and other areas. How do I treat it, and what should I know about my medical history that might be relevant?

Morning Rock. How many groups today? Update: Yesterday was really rough. Trust me 7s are no fun. Right now.... a 2. Head positions, lateral flexion, etc. increases it to a 2 +. But... it calms down when I relax it. Stress still effects it. Where are we with this? Anything good (in terms of progress) come out of crap days like yesterday? Also, my son has a rash and diarrhea. Could it be from Flonase, Mucinex, or Sudafed? If not, what could it be? And how should we treat his rash and mouth irritation?

Can steroids cause bloating? It's different than the weight gain. It's like my stomach fills with air especially by the end of the day then gradually deflates by morning. It's very uncomfortable. What could be causing it and what can I do?

I have recurrent ear infections causing ear canals to ache and sting, leading to progressive hearing loss over 10 years. Despite seeing an ENT specialist and changing GPs multiple times, no definitive diagnosis has been made. The pain has worsened in frequency and severity, and I am concerned about the impact on my hearing. I have high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and a history of a heart attack. What could be causing this and what tests should be considered?
