I am 65 years old and had a hysterectomy at 48. I have been on HRT patches since 49. Over the last year, I have noticed my clitoris has become almost non-existent, which was always prominent. This has made our sex life more challenging. I am generally healthy, with excellent blood pressure, hypothyroidism controlled by medication, and celiac disease controlled by diet. What could be causing this change, and what should I do about it?

I've been noticing large areas of bruising across my lower back without any injuries. I'm experiencing long purplish-blue bruises that have been going on for weeks with no pain. I'm 38, female, and currently taking 400 mg Tegretol 2x per day along with 500 mg Keppra 2x a day. I had a ruptured disc removed several years ago between my L5 and S1 vertebrae, but I've been fine since the surgery. Could this be related to my medications or medical history?
