I am 66 years old. Recently, a new supervisor at work triggered a flashback to a traumatic experience with a supervisor over 20 years ago. Despite the current supervisor assuring me she did not intend to be threatening, the anxiety persists. I am easily sedated by medications. Is there an anxiolytic that I can take in a small enough dose to 'take the edge off' the anxiety I am experiencing?

I have a rash under my tight area. I initially thought it might be herpes, but my doctor said it's not and no test is needed as it will go away on its own. I use a brush when I bathe, which might have caused it. What do you think it could be, and what should I do?

My daughter is 52 and was recently diagnosed with early-stage invasive lobular carcinoma in her right breast. The biopsy report indicates a Nottingham grade 1, with 10% of cells showing intercellular cytoplasmic vacuoles, strong AE1/AE3 cytokeratin positivity, aberrant E-cadherin expression, positive estrogen receptors, and negative progesterone receptors. No lymphovascular invasion is seen, and HER2 testing is pending. She is considering a double mastectomy with breast plastic reconstruction and is scared of chemotherapy. Can radiation be an alternative, and is there a high chance of cancer recurrence due to her hormone receptor status?
