I am 77 years old and over the last few months, my feet have gotten harder on the bottom. There is no pain, but it's not as easy to walk on hard surfaces. I have not used any medication for this and my primary physician was not too concerned. I take pills for blood pressure and cholesterol, and I also take medication for UTI due to an accident years ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a bad rash on my legs that started as shingles but has spread and now leaks liquid continuously. I have type 2 diabetes and hypothyroidism, and I am housebound. What should I do for this rash, and can you prescribe medication if needed?

I have night sweats every night and my hair is all wet. Can I stop sweating? I have had night sweats for at least 6 months without any medication. I am 86 years old and have a chronic cough for at least a year, which I think is due to allergies. I feel good overall, but I sweat at night and don't want to pay $50 for a doctor's consultation.

For the past two days, I have been experiencing heartburn due to stomach acid flowing back into my esophagus. I have also been belching frequently and feel a mass or object in my throat on the right side near the collar bone. This started after consuming fried fish and generally unhealthy food. Today, I have switched to a diet of simple natural foods like fruits and vegetables, but the symptoms persist. How can I address these symptoms and should I be concerned about the mass in my throat?

I've been taking high doses of opiates for chronic pain for about 3 years and have recently stopped due to personal reasons. I'm experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms including flu-like symptoms, insomnia, and lack of motivation. Can my GP help me with this, and if not, what can I do to feel better? How long should these withdrawal symptoms last?
