I am 80 years old and recently fell and hit my upper right forehead on a metal bar. There was no bleeding, but there was immediate swelling and pulsating, and now, three days later, a big bump remains. I have had a subsequent fall three days after the initial incident. I am under a doctor's care for high blood pressure, heart murmur, blood thinner, and early-onset arthritis. Are there any treatments for the forehead hematoma, and should I be concerned about any complications?

My 89-year-old father was recently diagnosed with a large GIST cancer (26 x 12 cm) that has spread to his liver. He is currently on 200mg of Gleevec and also taking Methotrexate for Rheumatoid Arthritis. His kidney function is around 35. Should he undergo genetic testing for GIST, and would biologics be a better option for his Rheumatoid Arthritis due to his low kidney function?

I am in a lot of lower back pain and had an MRI that showed L5 S1 damage, but I don't think this is the area causing my pain. I would like to ask questions and follow up on other health issues.
