Is gastritis caused from the bacteria in the water or is it a general thing?

I've been experiencing extremely bad memory, loss of feeling, heavy head, difficulty with smell and taste, and a disconnection from my surroundings over the past few months. I also have difficulty recalling recent events and feel numb to emotions. What could these symptoms indicate, and is it possible that anxiety could be the cause?

I am experiencing intermittent, dull headaches that move around my head, sometimes feeling like sinus pressure or pain in the area where a headband would go, and occasionally causing scalp tenderness. The headaches worsen with stress and anxiety, and I have had a temporary raised temporal artery after a shower. I have normal lab results (CBC, metabolic panel, sed rate, and c-reactive protein) and no other significant symptoms like fatigue or fever. Could these symptoms be related to tension headaches rather than something more serious like temporal arteritis?

My menstruation is lasting more than a week and started with a brown color. My last period began on November 15 and lasted 7 days with a slow flow and sticky brown color, now it has a little bit of red like a normal period. I am not using any contraceptives or medications, and I am 39 years old. My menstruation usually lasts 3 to 4 days, but this is unusual. I have a sticky brown discharge when I use toilet paper to wipe, no itching when passing urine, and I am stressed during this time.
