I am a 23-year-old female experiencing discomfort under my armpit, a swollen left underarm gland with a small movable bump, tender chest, and knee pain. I am usually healthy and run multiple times a week. I am nervous about what could be causing these symptoms and would like advice before going to the doctor.

I have trouble defecating and often cannot close off the final stages of defecation, and my rectum is getting sore from constant wiping after defecating. I take Nexium, Evista, Metoprolol, and a Multi Vitamin. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the issue?

I have a pain in my armpit and I saw online that it may be HIV. I don't have HIV and have never experienced any symptoms. I have no known exposure to HIV through unprotected sex or IV drug use. What could be causing the pain in my armpit, and is it related to HIV?

What can you tell me about a pessary cup? I am taking Amitriptyline 10 mg for sleep, Levothyroxine 75 MCG, Losartan 50 MG, Simvastatin 40 MG, Baby Aspirin, Calcium D, Gluco Chron, and Senior Vitamin. I am trying to avoid bladder surgery at age 79 and have trouble emptying my bladder.
