I am a 24-year-old female, 5'5" and 145 lbs. I took one tablet of Naproxen for lower left side abdomen pain (not pregnant and not on period) and now my calves are sore. Additionally, the throbbing sharp pain that was in my abdomen has now moved to my right chest on and off. Is the calf pain related to the Naproxen, and is it okay to take Tums with Naproxen?

My partner is 45 and has never had any follow-up medically after an incident where his mother tried to kill him and his brother by giving them prescription medications and heroin when he was 3 years old. He was unconscious and had to be revived three times, ending in an emergency experimental procedure. There is also extensive mental illness in his family history. I am wondering if there are any long-term effects on someone mentally after their brain has gone through this kind of trauma, especially considering the many abusive acts he endured growing up. Recently, he has shown episodes of fits of rage, needs instructions/direction on a daily basis, sleeps for up to 4-5 days solid, and exhibits sleepwalking/talking behaviors during which he can be violent. He also says he doesn't remember these violent acts and physically can't wake up. What can happen long-term from the overdose when he was 3, and would the family history of mental illness play a role in his thought process and behavior?

I am experiencing difficulty reaching orgasm during penetrative intercourse due to a mix of painful and unpleasant sensations, particularly in the glans area. This sensitivity sometimes occurs before reaching orgasm and can make it impossible to climax. Additionally, I feel discomfort in the area above my perineum during intercourse. I have had a frenulotomy/frenuloplasty last year, which might have increased my sensitivity. What could be causing these issues and what steps can I take to address them?

I think I have strep throat. I have symptoms like sore throat, diarrhea, fever, chills, cough, headache, confusion, and swollen tonsils with white pus spots. I'm 44 years old and have no significant medical history. I tested negative for COVID, flu, and strep throat a few days ago. What do you think is causing these symptoms and what should I do?
