I have a tight band sensation under my breast and feel off after standing for a while. I am 62 years old, female, and had COVID two months ago. The tightness comes and goes over months and I feel better after bringing up wind. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I take lamotrigine 500mg a day and have developed early signs of Steven-Johnsons Syndrome (SJS) due to a rapid increase in dosage. Can I ever take lamotrigine again if my SJS is mild and in the early stage, or do I have to avoid it for the rest of my life?
