I am a 27-year-old male experiencing pain under my right collarbone and in my throat, radiating to my right ear when swallowing, along with right shoulder pain and muscle spasms in my right arm. I had extensive tests at the ER which showed no abnormalities, but I am concerned about potential misdiagnosis or overlooked serious conditions like liver disease. What could be causing these symptoms and how should I proceed?

I had bypass surgery on July 6, 2017. I am currently on Plavix one tab Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Talked to cardiologist yesterday and was referred to general practitioner. I went for a chest x-ray and was told the doctor would call if they saw anything that concerned them. I did not get a call yet.

I am currently experiencing the stomach flu with diarrhea and have been sipping on Pedialyte. Is there anything else I should be doing to avoid dehydration? Are there symptoms that should make me go to an ER or urgent care? How long am I contagious for?

I've taken my temperature for the last three days in the morning, and it has been 96.5°F. I haven't seen a doctor yet, I feel fine, and I'm taking low-dose aspirin and lovastatin 40mg once per day. I'm a 66-year-old male, non-smoker, and in good health. Should I be concerned about my low temperature?
