I am a 28-year-old female experiencing nausea, abdominal pain, belching, bloating, alternating diarrhea and constipation, pain and burning while urinating, and increased frequency or urgency to urinate, especially around my menstrual cycle. I have had gallbladder removal, multiple tests including endoscopy and colonoscopy, and have been diagnosed with IBS. I am concerned about the accuracy of this diagnosis and want to know if I should be tested for SIBO, endometriosis, or other GI issues. Additionally, I have recurrent UTIs and hearing issues, and I want to know if these could be related to my GI problems or if they require separate attention.

My wife has a persistent fishy smell in her vagina, despite normal results from a vaginal swab for yeast and bacteria. Could this be a sign of HPV, chlamydia, or another STD? Should she undergo an STD test? Additionally, I have had protected sexual encounters with women from Tinder, all after negative Oraquick tests, and I recently had gum bleeding issues which were treated with Flagyl. Could I have potentially infected her orally?

I have been experiencing excessive bloating, black stool, and a sensation in my left abdomen for about a week. I have not taken any medications except for a gas tablet from a drug store, and I am 29 years old. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have very light, faint blood from my butt crack, which appears when I gently dab the area with toilet paper. The skin in this area is reddish/pink and there is a very light sting. This happens occasionally over the years. No blood in stool or from the anus itself, just in the crack area. My PCP has looked and didn’t see anything. Is this possibly intertrigo or something else?

My wife is having a bone marrow biopsy tomorrow after being diagnosed with CLL. I've been told the procedure will be painful. Is the procedure itself painful or is it the recovery that is painful? Will her body jerk in pain during the procedure, possibly hindering its success? What can be done to manage the pain during the procedure?
