I am a 29-year-old female with a history of PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and PCOS. I am currently taking antidepressants, mood stabilizers, birth control, and Ambien as needed for insomnia. I am experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, widespread body pain in joints and muscles, widespread inflammation and swelling, low-grade fevers, skin rashes that feel like hives, headache, nausea, brain fog, and allergy symptoms without positive allergy tests. My ANA test is positive, but ENA is negative, and complement levels are not low. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further tests should I consider?

My boyfriend has an ear infection that he was prescribed an antibiotic for 3 days ago. Today he used a q-tip and had a little blood on it. Should he seek medical attention for this?

I am a 21-year-old male experiencing chest pain and elevated pulse for over 3 days. My heart also slows down and takes hard pounding beats when standing up, causing breathlessness. Previous doctors have mentioned the possibility of POTS or hypotension. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

How do I determine if I have appendicitis? I am 69 years old, on a statin and Sotolol, and have had sudden onset of consistent abdominal pain for 24 hours, heaviest on the left side of my abdomen, with nausea that went away after vomiting. I have no fever and the pain does not worsen with coughing or stamping my feet.

After recovering from an ear infection, my eardrum is healing, but my hearing is still muffled, and I experience varying levels of tinnitus throughout the day. I'm also concerned about future ear infections. Can you explain what to expect in terms of hearing recovery and whether I should still be worried about infections?
