I am a 30-year-old mother with herpes for 11 years. I have noticed that after engaging in oral sex, my partners develop symptoms such as mouth bumps, dizziness, abdominal/back pain, nausea, neck/throat pain, and a bad cough. Some also experience changes in penis size and appearance. I have had an STD screening in 2016, which showed only herpes. I am concerned about the recurring symptoms and whether they are related to my herpes. What could be causing these symptoms, and is there a way to manage or cure this issue?

I have knee pain due to a torn meniscus repair and arthritis. My insurance, Blue Cross, did not cover the injections for my knee. The only thing that helps on certain days is Percocet, which was previously prescribed but is no longer available. I have used 5 mg Percocet with acetaminophen before and have seen a doctor about my arthritis at Orlin and Cohen in Lynbrook, NY. I have been prescribed Percocet a few times over the past years, but not anymore. What else can I do for my knee pain?

My 9-year-old grandson put a paper towel in his ear canal to block out noisy neighbors and then tried to remove it with a Q-tip, pushing it further in. He has no symptoms and the ear is not red. I can visually see the paper towel but cannot reach it with tweezers. How can we safely remove the paper towel?

I have external hemorrhoids that have been present since my first child was born. Recently, I've experienced constant lower back pain that feels like it originates from my lower bowel and is relieved by bowel movements, which have become more frequent and looser. There is no blood or weight loss, but the bowel movements are becoming more regular. I've had this pain for a few weeks and am not taking any medication except tamoxifen, which I've been on for three years since having breast cancer surgery. Should I see a doctor about this?
