I am a 34-year-old female who had gallbladder surgery three months ago. Since then, I have been experiencing persistent nausea, upper middle abdominal pain radiating to my back, loose stools, decreased appetite, and weight loss. I have been to the ER multiple times with normal blood work results, including normal enzymes that rule out pancreatitis. What could be causing these symptoms, and what tests should I request from my doctor?

I was on Cymbalta 60 mg for a year and came off by reducing to 30 mg for three weeks before stopping completely. Within a week, I experienced severe dizziness, vivid nightmares, and complete loss of sexual ability, including difficulty getting an erection, loss of feeling in the penis, and muted orgasms. It's been almost three months and I still have no sexual ability, and now I also have insomnia. Can this withdrawal last this long, and is there anything I can do to reverse this?

My mum had pleural effusion and had thoracentesis to remove fluid. After 1 week, fluid builds up again. Test on the fluid removed returned negative on malignant cells but had moderate lymphocytes. She has had heart condition too. What could be the cause of the recurring pleural effusion?

I have sharp pains in my chest and back, and I feel very full, especially in the mornings when I wake up in pain. I have acid reflux and take medication for it, but the pain is not a burning feeling.

My partner has stage 4 kidney cancer and is currently on chemotherapy treatment following a recent spine operation. He has experienced fluid retention in his feet, possibly due to the steroids he is on, and now intense, sharp shooting pains in both knees. What could be causing these knee pains, and are they related to his low albumin levels or the recent spine surgery?
