I went to the gym yesterday and had a heart rate of 173 while running on the treadmill for 5 minutes, which is higher than my usual 150-160 range. I had sore muscles in my legs, chest, and back, and experienced chest and back pain, possibly due to an uncomfortable bed. I am also always tired and not sleeping well. I was sick two weeks ago and went to the gym four times last week, with a heart rate of 150-160 during warm-up runs. Why was my heart rate so high, and could I have some kind of heart disease?

I had an ultrasound done recently due to heavy periods lasting longer than usual (about 2 weeks) since October. I have questions about my uterus size and the findings of a left ovarian cyst that has decreased in size. Additionally, I want to know if nabothian cysts and an anteverted uterus are normal.
