I am a 43-year-old female experiencing stomach problems such as being unable to hold down food or laughter for about a year. I have lost weight and often feel full after eating, which leads to vomiting the next morning. I have diabetes and a stomach ulcer, and have seen multiple doctors without improvement. What could be causing these issues and what can I do about it?

I have been experiencing a dull pain in the lower right side of my back, behind the hip bone, for a couple of years. The pain worsens with standing or walking and is also present in the mornings. My hip makes popping sounds, and I have noticed a slight curve in my spine. I broke my ankle 12 years ago, and I believe my walking posture, with my toe kicked out, may be contributing to the issue. What could be causing this pain, and what can I do to alleviate it?

I haven't been able to eat for 4 days. I feel hungry for a second, then I feel bloated most of the time. I have alternating diarrhea and constipation, unintentional weight loss, and loss of appetite. I am experiencing stress and have a family history of irritable bowel syndrome. My thyroid status is fine, and there is no family history of inflammatory bowel disease. I am not running any intermittent or recurrent fever. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?
