I am a 46-year-old female who had a Vertical-banded gastroplasty years ago and later underwent a Roux-En-Y procedure due to complications. Despite these surgeries, I have experienced long-term health issues such as anemia and a decline in oral/dental health, as well as worsening skin and fat tissue. Additionally, one of my teenage sons is severely overweight. We have modified our diet, but I believe the issue is genetic. What should I do to address these health concerns and help my son?

I have been experiencing low blood pressure readings (e.g., 114/56, 101/56, 98/48, 97/64 with pulse 106, 97/46 with pulse 68, 100/46, 91/49 with pulse 70) and feeling unwell, but still functioning. Additionally, I have had black splinter-like things under my fingernails on and off for the past year. I am not on any blood pressure medication, and I was previously diagnosed with vasovagal syncope after a tilt table test. Do I need to be concerned?

I gave myself an enema and think I cut myself with the tube. Since then, I've had bleeding from the rectum and little bowel movement. The bleeding has stopped, but I'm concerned about small pieces of feces and what looked like a blood clot. Earlier today, I had an 'emergency race' to the restroom with more blood. Should I be worried, and what should I do?
